We do offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law on defective products only. Due to hygienically sensitive nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. In addition we do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalised products such as name embroidery and name printed bibs, when this type of personalisation is offered.

Our range is ethically produced in China within a carefully selected facility that fulfils all requirements within our strict manufacturing framework.

Our suction bowl and plate bases are best used on smooth surfaces such as plastic or glass. The bowl needs to be pressed down on to the surface to ensure air pockets are removed from underneath, so the suction engages.

We recommend washing the bowl in the top rack of your dishwasher or by hand with dish soap. Bowls can be sterilised with boiling water or in a microwave, we do not recommend UV sterilisation of any silicone product.

Many foods when pureed create an oil residue and discolouring that can take two or more washes to get out. You can also try a little bit of bicarbonate soda or lemon juice to remove it also.

We want to make sure that meals are no mess and clean up is a breeze, So yes!

You absolutely can wash all of our silicone bowls, plates, cups and cutlery in your dishwasher. We only recommend top rack wash. Please note, that if you use strong detergent dish washer tablets, it may leave the smell trapped, so we recommend not to use Ultra style tablets.

Food-grade silicone is safe for baking and cooking. The ingredients in silicone are inert materials, which means that none of the materials used to manufacture the silicone will leach into the food being cooked in it.
